Directors' Profile 

LUCITO R. TORRES, PMP is the President of Optima P3 Management, Inc..  He is also the Executive Director of Technological Institute of the Philippines - Center for Continuing Education. Formerly he was EEI Corporation’s Assistant Vice President for Business Development and Marketing.  He has 30 years of local and international experience in construction contracting, project development and management, portfolio and program management, process improvement, production planning, Total Quality Management, procurement, contracts and claims management and training. Currently he acts as project and construction management services acting as Owner’s Representative or Project Manager for various clients and acts as a consultant during contract claims preparation and negotiation, consultant in business process improvement or re-engineering and supply chain management projects. He also oversees the development and management of TIP-CCE’s portfolio of training courses. Lucito is a certified Project Management Professional and holds Post-Baccalaureate Diplomas in Project Management from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Real Estate Management, and in Food and Restaurant Entrepreneurship from De La Salle- College of St. Benilde-SPaCE. He is a graduate of Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University and completed academic units in MBA at Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute.

RUBEN O. MANGA is the Vice President of Optima P3 Management, Inc. He is also the Director for Customers and Sr. Project Manager of Ark Systems, Inc., a software development firm and solutions provider in sales, accounting and inventory management systems. His major clients are many of the established food and restaurant chains. He regularly gives seminars in project management. Ruben took up the Diploma Program in Project Management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurial Management from the Asian Institute of Management. He holds a degree in BS Industrial Management Engineering from the De La Salle University. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute.

RAMON S. GARCIA, PMP is the Corporate Secretary of Optima P3 Management, Inc. Ramon is also the CEO and Vice President of Vitalink Marketing Services, Inc., a firm that operates in the fields of distribution, promotion & merchandising, and information technology. Project management methodologies are applied in channel development programs to push clients’ products in the market they are in. VMSI is also into business process outsourcing and in the training of sales personnel, account managers and customer service representatives. Ramon is usually invited as a speaker in his field of expertise. He has 15 years of work experience mainly in the pharmaceutical field, advertising and events management. Ramon is a certified Project Management Professional and completed his Diploma Program in Project Management also at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He has a BS in Computer Science from the Ateneo De Manila University and a BS in Economics from the San Sebastian College. Ramon is a member of the Project Management Institute. 

NAP APOLINARIO, JR., PMP is a Director of Optima P3 Management, Inc.  He is currently taking his Masters in Business Administration at the University of the Philippines where he also received his BS degree in Industrial Engineering in 2001. He took the Diploma Program in Project Management also at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business in 2005 and became a certified Project Management Professional also in the same year. His area of expertise is in Enterprise Management Systems Implementation, logistics management and supply chain management process improvements in pharmaceutical and food companies. Nap has worked with various companies where his work has mostly been in projects.

REGINALD F. LIM, CE is a licensed and practicing structural engineer. He owns and manages the RFLim and Associates, a structural engineering and design consultancy firm, as well as Regius Construction, a general building construction firm. Regie is the fifth director of Optima P3 Management, Inc.. He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology and obtained his license in 1980. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP). Regie brings to the group his 27 years of managing numerous architectural design and engineering projects, and construction projects for telecommunications companies, educational institutions, and commercial and residential building owners. He has done various projects for PLDT, Globe, SMART, Piltel, Digitel making him a specialist in telecommunications’ design and construction projects.  He is also a consultant to insurance firms in evaluating the structural integrity of buildings for insurance claims. Regie is also a frequent speaker in the various seminars of the Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals.
